Exhibit Instructions for Exhibits vary depending on the Show. Please check the Show details for Receiving deadlines and requirements on the Prospectus and Submission Form. General rules are:

Participants in all shows must be fully-paid current members of the ASMC

A 20% commission to ASMC is required on artworks sold as a result of being in an Exhibit.

Only one monetary award per artist is permitted in each Exhibit.

The number of Entries per artist varies depending upon the show. Entries must have been completed within the past 5 years and cannot have won an ASMC prize (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) previously. One Exception: The Oldies but Goodies Exhibit is for entries that are older than five years. Not for Sale is permitted as well in that Exhibit.

Rules for each show must be followed.

ASMC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRY THAT DOES NOT ADHERE TO THE RULES
